* Those models are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.* Make sure to fill the questions asked when purchasing correctly, if you do not then the model will not be considered yours. If you want to gift it to someone, you have to check the gift checkbox and add their info( VRC Link, VRC, Discord ), including their email. If you mess up this step, you personally ask me to edit it.* You agree to upload this model privately and include proper credit — either “By ApplepieAddict” or “By Apple’s Bakery.” Do NOT remove the lil badge inside the chest.* Public edits are not allowed. However, you’re more than welcome to create private ones!* Do NOT upload my models nude. It must include some form of clothing. Explicit or NSFW edits are not allowed in publics.* Do not share or upload any of my models unless both parties have purchased the same model.* You may not resell, price split, rip, or illegally obtain this model in any way — this includes file-sharing and unauthorized distribution. You can not obtain the model from anyone else but me.* Sharing the files with anyone other than the original purchaser is considered leaking, and will result in a ban and potential blacklisting.* If you do plan on selling edits, you HAVE to come to me to get PERSONAL permission to do so! (discord--> applepieaddictt ) I have a personal filing system. That is to keep people who do so without permission or actual purchases selling edits more trackable. If you want to sell it to someone, you will also HAVE to come to me to verify purchases! Receipts can be easily faked and sometimes that gives me the opportunity to fix people's information if they added it in wrong.* Refunds are not possible. These are digital files. Suggesting a refund will result in being permanently blacklisted from future purchases.* You agree not to reuse or repurpose parts of the model elsewhere, nor to edit it beyond recognition. Please do not take the head or body and swap it with another creators. You can only do that with my work, even if it's not the same avatar.* You may create assets for my models even if you don’t own them, as long as you never obtain the model files directly. If files are to be shared, both parties must own the model.
